Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.

After a particularly difficult 24 hours on the job, Steve
Jobs’ (Founder of Apple, NeXT, and Pixar) speech to the graduates of Stanford
came as a healing balm…and a kick in the butt. I encourage you to read it.
Think about it. Read it again. Think about it some more. Fast and pray. Repeat.

Although the speech is full of quotable quotes, I will leave
you with just this one; “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone
else’s life.”
Thanks Steve, for making me re-evaluate where I am and where I’m
heading. Thanks Seth for posting the speech.

  • I agree. It’s definitely an attention grabber. I particularly liked this quote –
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.”
